Delivery

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail within the UK. Orders sent within the UK should arrive between 7 business days after dispatch, but please allow extra time for busier periods for example Valentines, Christmas, Mothers day etc.. If you have any concerns over delivery timings please contact us so we can ensure  with us so that we can personally ensure your order gets to you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).  please contact us by e-mail on info@misenfragrances.com.

Payment

Payment taken through the site is made using Paypal.com site and software.  If you don’t have a Paypal.com account during checkout you can choose to check out as guest and still make payment via credit or debit card.

 

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your orders within 24-48hrs of order being placed – providing items are in stock.  While we aim to keep the website up to date with current stock levels, but occasionally if items are out of stock we will contact you and advise you on how long before items might be ready for dispatch.

Returns Policy

Perfumes, Body Butters and lotions due to their nature cannot be returned once purchased as they are not sealed (unless damaged).
For products such as candles we operate a full, 14 day Returns Policy. If you change your mind and require a refund, please notify us via email as soon as possible and then simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and unsealed and post-paid, together with the details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that we cannot refund the cost of the delivery unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.

 

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.

 

Refunds

All refunds will be issued back to you using the method of payment you provided when the order was made – therefore as orders on our site are taken via PayPal.com  website/software – the refund will be issued using this system.
